Our Affirmation Card Deck invites you to (re)claim and (re)connect with yourself, your child, and your community. Created as a companion to the book “Parenting for Liberation: A Guide for Raising Black Children,” this deck is intended to support you to affirm yourself and your parenting. It is our hope that these cards feel like a mirror; that they reflect back the beauty, power, joy, and resilience that is already in you.
